Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within Monday to Saturday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery within India.

Free local delivery is available for orders over 2000/- INR within India. 

Deliveries are made from 10 AM daily based on the order. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within standard 1-2 business (working) days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of check outs and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 1-2 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of checkout. Delay in delivery by our courier company due to local area issues/restriction. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the registered address of the buyer specified at the time of Checkout.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NutzHouse is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the confirmed date, please get in touch with us at info@nutzhouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their orders if available.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns within 24 hours after delivery, only if the item is unpacked and in its original condition, we request our customer not to accept damaged or already opened shipments.  Return request will be reviewed and We will notify you via email.  If the return is approved the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from the order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nutzhouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
